Yes, as long as there is an available port on your existing Fibre Termination Point (FTP), you can subscribe if your address is eligible.

Yes. The 10Gbps Value Plan includes professional installation and NetLink Trust (NLT) activation at no extra cost.

The 10Gbps Core Plan includes NLT activation, with professional installation available as an add-on.

Yes, you can sign up for multiple broadband plans as long as you have enough ports or termination points. Each new line needs its own set-up, so extra installation charges may apply.

Yes. Customers with an active GOMO 5G+ mobile plan can enjoy 15% off GOMO Broadband. Valid till 18 September 2026.
 

This reduces the monthly price from $29.99 to $25.49, billed every 30 days.

If you choose the Core Plan, you can use your own compatible router, or purchase one separately. GOMO customers can purchase a router on the GOMO app.

If further investigation is needed, we may arrange an on-site assessment. On-site visits are chargeable if there is no fault found with our GOMO network or the ONT.

The Home Internet Filter (HIF) is an optional add-on that helps you manage and block selected websites on your home network.

It’s free for the first 6 months, then $3.05 per month thereafter. You can manage HIF anytime on the GOMO app.
