To get a GOMO Broadband plan, you’ll need to fulfill these requirements:
1. Be 18 years or older.
2. Have a Singpass account, or valid Singapore-issued ID with more than 6 months validity.
3. Have no outstanding billing with Singtel or GOMO.
4. Have a residential address.
5. Have a credit or debit card ready for payment.
Anyone can sign up as long as they meet the above requirements. GOMO Broadband is currently only for residential use and we don’t support commercial addresses.
An available Fibre Termination Point (FTP) port is required for installation. If there is no available FTP port, a new one can be installed at the subscriber’s cost.
