We're open daily from 11AM to 9PM, including public holidays.​

No appointment needed. Simply walk in, scan for a queue number via the QR code located in the store.

At the store

Trade It – Buy a new phone, trade in your current device and pair it with a GOMO plan.​

Fix It – Get device checks, screen replacements and connectivity support.​

Switch It – Compare GOMO Mobile and Broadband plans, find the right fit and sign up on the spot.​


You can also walk in to purchase a GOMO SIM card, or collect and replace selected GOMO Broadband equipment.

Yes. Our GOMO Fixers can help you sign up, or port your number (non-Singtel port in). Have your Singpass app ready in your mobile device so verification can be done seamlessly.

You can choose from a range of devices including Apple, Samsung, OPPO and Vivo.

No. Collection of physical SIM cards and mobile phones purchased online is currently not available at the GOMO Store.

Yes. Please ensure you select the correct/desired store for collection during online sign up and head down when you receive the notification for collection.

Device support

Once your sign-up is successful, our GOMO Fixers will help you get connected with either a physical SIM card or an eSIM.

You will be notified by via email and SMS to self-collect your ONT (optical network terminal) and router within 7 days after your network set-up is completed.
You can also track your order progress anytime on the GOMO app.

In-store exclusives
