An available Fibre Termination Point (FTP) port is required for installation. If there is no available FTP port, a new one can be installed at the subscriber’s cost.
If your FTP is missing or damaged, NLT may need to repair or install a new termination point. It may take up to a month to get your service fully activated and running.
Charges begin from $184.21 for a new FTP and may take up to 2 weeks to get your service fully activated and running.
