Unable to enjoy GOMO broadband discount

Get a discount on your GOMO broadband plan when you have an active GOMO 5G+ mobile plan — even if the two plans weren't signed up together.

 

Discount not showing? Here's why:

  1. You're on a 4G mobile plan — upgrade to a 5G+ plan to qualify.

  2. Your mobile and broadband plans are not registered under the same NRIC/FIN.

  3. Your GOMO 5G+ mobile plan was activated after your broadband sign-up. In this case, your broadband plan discount will apply from the next billing cycle.
