MobileSwop Plus is a device care service thatprovides you with the peace of mind to care for 2 products (1 main device + 1 wearable gadget). This program allows you to enroll your new orexisting device without the need to sign up during the sales transaction.
With MobileSwop Fam, you get to enjoy additional device care for up to 4 products – including 1 main device, 1 supplementary deviceand 2 gadgets. Our lite program, MobileSwopStarter, provides basic care for your device with 1 swop in 12 months.
Customers who have signed up for an eligiblemobile plan with GOMO can sign up anytime forMobileSwop Plus, Fam and Starter.
For new devices purchased from GOMO, the device will automatically be registered into the system at the point of sale. No registration for your device is required on your end.
For all gadgets and existing devices on hand, device registration is required on the MobileSwop online portal here.
For MobileSwop Plus and Fam, you are not able to change your device post registration. For MobileSwop Starter, you can change your device post registration via our MobileSwop online portal here.
No excess charges, such as Pay Per Use charges, will be incurred even after you have fully utilised your add-on bundle. Once you have fully utilised the add-ons, simply purchase another to continue using!

To purchase the add-on, simply launch your GOMO app and go to Add-ons >> Local >> 5G to purchase it.
You can have up to two active Data Boost add-ons at any point in time. You’ll not be able to purchase a Data Boost add-on if you are already subscribed to a GOMO 5G+ plan.
You must convert your Unused Data before the end of each billing period, otherwise it will expire and cannot be carried over.
You can purchase roaming packs for single destinations (Roam Single Destination) or multiple destinations in a region (Roam More Destinations).
