1. The “GOMO LUCK FOLLOWS THE GOMO SWITCHERS GIVEAWAY” (“Giveaway”) is organised by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd (“Singtel”). It is governed by these terms and conditions and any other terms Singtel may set from time to time.
2. The Giveaway runs from 30 October, 00:00 hrs to 11 Dec 23:59 hrs (Singapore time) (“Giveaway Period”).
3. The Giveaway is open only to individual consumer customers who port in an existing mobile number from another Singapore telco or sign up for one of the following plans (“Eligible Plan”):
a. GOMO 8 Deal $8 (5G+ Value Plan)
b. GOMO Lucky 8 (4G Pro now with 5G+ Plan)
c. GOMO 8 Unlimited Senior Plan $8
d. GOMO $8 Senior Plan
4. To qualify, a customer must:
a. sign up for an Eligible Plan, during the Giveaway Period;
b. activate the temporary number provided and complete the port-in successfully within the same weekly period; and
c. meet all eligibility requirements of the Eligible Plan, including the age requirements: 16 and above for GOMO plans, and 60 and above for the $8 Senior Plan.
Prize and Selection
5. Prize: one GOMO Lucky Charm Set per winner. Each set contains a GOMO plush, assorted pins and/or keychains, and packaging.
6. Up to 8 winners will be selected each week, for a maximum of [48] winners across the Giveaway Period.
7. The first 8 eligible customers to complete their port-in each weekly period will be the winners for that week. Completion time is based on Singtel’s records. Unclaimed places do not roll over to the next week.
8. Each customer may win only once throughout the Giveaway Period, limited to one prize per NRIC/FIN and per GA.
9. Commenting on GOMO’s social media posts is required to be eligible.
10. The numbers featured in GOMO’s posts are for engagement only. They are not prizes, and they cannot be given away, reserved or claimed through this Giveaway.
Collection
12. Winners will be notified via Instagram DMs.
13. Prizes must be collected in person at GOMO Store, #01-K5 Junction 8 by the 4th of December.
14. Winners must show their NRIC/FIN and the GOMO app displaying the active ported-in number. Collection by proxy is allowed with authorisation letter and copy of winner’s NRIC.
15. Prizes not collected within the stated period will be forfeited. Singtel may award them to the next eligible customer at its discretion.
16. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Charm designs and assortments may vary and cannot be chosen. Visuals are for illustration only. Singtel may replace the prize with an alternative without prior notice.
General
18. Each participant indemnifies and holds harmless Singtel and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims arising from their participation in the Giveaway, their breach of these terms, or their acceptance or use of the prize.
19. Singtel will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or from taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of Singtel or its agents. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.
20. Personal data will be collected, used and disclosed by Singtel to administer the Giveaway, in accordance with the Singtel Data Protection Policy (https://www.singtel.com/data-protection).
21. Singtel accepts no responsibility for sign-ups or port-ins that are not completed due to technical faults, network failure or delays.
22. The Eligible Plans remain subject to the GOMO Mobile Plan Terms and Conditions, including the activation fee for termination or port-out within 90 days of activation.
23. Singtel’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Singtel may void, cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway or these terms at any time without prior notice, and may disqualify any participant who does not comply with them.
25. To withdraw consent, email [gcontest@singtel.com / GOMO equivalent].
26. This Giveaway is governed by Singapore law. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
