You can only switch to another plan in the last month of your contract, at least 48 hours before your billing date.
On your GOMO app homescreen, go to View plan details > Change plan.
To cancel your broadband plan, chat with us on GOMO app or web.
If you're still in contract:
Early termination charges apply and will be billed immediately once you confirm the cancellation. Charges are based on your remaining contract months and are non-refundable.
After termination:
You'll need to return the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) to our self-collection centre. Our customer care team will share more details with you.
