Terms and Conditions for GOMO x NTUC Union Senior offer

i. This offer is valid from 29 May 2026 to 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive, for NTUC Members who sign up for a new GOMO Senior plan with the specific promo code sent by NTUC. 

 

ii. These promotions are not transferable and may not be used together with other GOMO promotions unless stated otherwise.

 

iii. Subscribers who have signed up for the GOMO Senior plan with the specific promo code will receive an SMS to submit their NTUC Membership details for validation. Submissions outside of the stipulated deadline, or those with incorrect NTUC Membership details, will not be eligible for the offer.

 

 

iv. To continue enjoying the privileges under this promotion, NTUC Members must ensure that their personal details (Eg. NRIC, FIN) with NTUC are kept up to date and match the details provided to GOMO. Failure to do so may result in GOMO removing the offer.  

 

v. The free two months’ subscription (worth $12) will be given to successfully validated subscribers in the third and fourth months of their active GOMO Senior plan subscription. Other plan subscription will not be eligible for the offer. 

 

vi. The free two months’ subscription is not exchangeable for cash, premium or any kind, and may not be transferable and can only be credited into the subscribed GOMO Senior plan. 

 

vii. Only one mobile line per NTUC Member is eligible for the promotion, based on the first subscribed plan within the entire promotional period.

 

viii. Customers are eligible to receive 1 FREE Sennheiser ACCENTUM True Wireless (Black), worth S$299, during the promotional period upon signing up for a new NTUC Membership with 1-year upfront payment of NTUC Membership fees.

a. All sign-ups must be under the same account holder as the NTUC Membership.

b. Eligible customers will be notified via email and SMS on the issuance of the gift within four weeks from the date of application for the NTUC Membership. While stocks last. 

c. The gift is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, premium or any kind. No refund, in cash or otherwise, will be provided for any unutilised amount should the gift be fully redeemed. 

 

ix. By participating in the promotion, the customer consents to GOMO’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, and disclosure to any relevant third party (including without limitation, any participating merchant and/or supplier), of its personal data and/or other information provided to GOMO, for (i) the purposes of organising and administration of the promotion; and (ii) for one or more of the purposes set out in Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (available at https://www.singtel.com/data-protection)
