Getting connected is easy
1. Choose a plan that works for you
Pick between our 24-month plan which comes with a router, or our 12-month plan which offers freedom and flexibility.
2. Get activated by NetLink Trust (NLT)
Your Fibre Termination Port needs to be activated by NLT for your service to work. The NLT appointment takes place within 5 working days after you sign up.
3. Complete your broadband set-up
After activation, you’re ready to set up your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and router. You can self-collect from a GOMO Store, or arrange for installation or delivery. This process can take up to a week after your NLT activation.

GOMO Broadband is our 10Gbps fibre broadband service for homes in Singapore, offering simple plans at $29.99, billed every 30 days.
GOMO Broadband is broadband-only, and does not come with a home phone line, TV services, or static IP.

Yes, as long as there is an available port on your existing Fibre Termination Point (FTP), you can subscribe if your address is eligible.
If not, you may need to terminate your current service before signing up, or request to install an additional FTP (additional charges may apply).

Choose the Value Saver Plan if you want the router and installation taken care of. Choose the Core Saver Plan if you already have a compatible router and prefer a shorter contract.
Yes. The 10Gbps Value Saver Plan includes professional installation and NetLink Trust (NLT) activation at no extra cost.
The 10Gbps Core Saver Plan includes NLT activation, with professional installation available as an add-on.
Yes, you can sign up for multiple broadband plans as long as you have enough ports or termination points. Each new line needs its own set-up, so extra installation charges may apply.
Yes. Customers with an active GOMO mobile plan can enjoy GOMO Broadband at $28.80, billed every 30 days. Limited time offer.

If you choose the 10Gbps Value Saver Plan, a free WiFi 7 router is included.
If you choose the Core Saver Plan, you can use your own compatible router, or purchase one separately. GOMO customers can purchase a router on the GOMO app.
Yes, you can use your own router with our Core Saver Plan. Ensure that your router supports 10Gbps speed for the best network performance.

If further investigation is needed, we may arrange an on-site assessment. On-site visits are chargeable if there is no fault found with our GOMO network or the ONT.

Add-ons
The Home Internet Filter (HIF) is an optional add-on that helps you manage and block selected websites on your home network.
It’s free for the first 6 months, then $3.05 per month thereafter. You can manage HIF anytime on the GOMO app.
